You probably have heard of clear aligner therapy and how it can gradually improve the alignment of your teeth, resulting in a straighter smile. Although Invisalign® and ClearCorrectTM are rapidly becoming more popular, many people still don’t know very much about how clear aligner therapy works and who it can help. Today, we want go over some of our more frequently asked questions about this amazing orthodontic option to help you make an informed choice!

How Do Invisalign & ClearCorrect Work?

Invisalign and ClearCorrect use a series of clear, plastic retainers to gradually shift your teeth. Retainers must be worn for 20 to 22 hours each day, and you can expect to be given a new aligner every 7 to 14 days. The entire shifting process is determined by our treatment plan individualized to address your unique smile goals. Many patients love the convenience of Invisalign and ClearCorrect because the aligners are discrete, comfortable, and easily removed while eating, drinking anything other than water, and cleaning your teeth.

How Much Does Clear Aligner Therapy Cost?

Because we desire that everyone have access to quality dental care, our office provides multiple payment options designed to fit your budget. We are in-network with most major dental insurances, can set up an in-house financing plan to suit your needs, and accept CareCredit® (a program that is like a credit card for medical expenses).

Are Clear Retainers Right for Me?

Only you and our expert team can decide whether Invisalign or ClearCorrect is the best treatment plan for your smile. The first step is to schedule an initial consultation at our office. We even offer a virtual consultation option for your convenience! To help you achieve your dream smile, we will review your dental health, talk about your goals for your smile, and discuss a roadmap to giving you the smile you’ve always wanted. While Invisalign and ClearCorrect can be used to treat a variety of alignment issues, it is not the best solution for everyone, particularly if you have a severe misalignment. If we determine that you would be better served with a different orthodontic treatment option, such as accelerated braces, we’ll give you the information you need to make the best decision for your oral health!
